    How does an external collaborator or a non-managed user reset their 2FA?  Their authentication app has lost connection with Box and they are no longer able to receive the 2FA code.  Our Box Administrator does not have access to non-managed users 2FA so he cannot "reset" it.  What does the external / non-managed user need to do?

    Your external collaborator would have to submit a ticket to our Product Support team as we may need to conduct account verification to help them access their account.

    Please have them submit a ticket on this page and our support people would be more than happy to help provide further instructions.
