    Hi Arbiter,

    Welcome to Box Community!

Given the space you currently have you may be uploading file(s) to one of your collaborated folders. Please note that your folder storage is counted against the folder owner's overall storage allocation.

    To verify the folder owner:

    1. Please head on to box.com and select the impacted folder.
    2. In your right side previews the folder owner listed as the top user.
    3. Alternately, you may click the ellipses in the top right then More Actions> Manage Collaborators.
    4. Look for the Owner.

In addition to this, your upload size limit may also vary.

For your questions, please let me know.

    Hi Rona,

I did the verification and confirmed that I am the owner of the folder. I also tried to upload it to my root directory but it does not work as well.

I checked my upload size limit in Account Settings and my Max File Size is 2.0 GB, so a 730 MB file should be uploadable in theory.

Is there any other way of solving this issue?

    Thanks.
