    Welcome to the Box Community , and thanks for posting!

    I'd like to confirm if the affected user/ collaborator you mentioned is still having issue viewing your uploaded files? If yes, can you confirm what they see on their end when they try to access the folder you shared so we can take a look?

    Does the user encounter any sort of error message? Is the affected user listed as a 'collaborator' in the folder you shared or is he only accessing through the link you shared?

    Additional details will help us understand the root cause and isolate the issue.

    I have a similar issue. My editor does not see any of my uploaded files. I can see hers, however - as well as the ones I uploaded myself. (I have the status of owner, and she has the status of editor.) She receives no error notification. Since I have been forwarding files for her to upload directly onto BOX via Email we only noticed this error when we had our first in-person meeting a few days ago.
