Box and IOS Office apps

When I go to open an MSOffice file in Box on my phone (OS 15.2), it tells me that I need to log out of a former company first.  I have tried uninstalling the Office IOS app and searching for anywhere I could be logged into the previous account and I can't find it anywhere.  Does anyone know how to fixe this?

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Can you try to clear the cache on the application on you application settings? That you should prompt you to login as a new user.
