    Hi Vanitha, 

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    You would need to reach out to your organization's Box Admin to check the status of the account that owns this folder and let them know that you need access to a certain folder so they can take action such as transfer the ownership of that folder.

    I suggest contacting you Internal helpdesk so they can point you to the designated Admin who can help you in this issue.
