    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Have you tried to contact your internal helpdesk about the issue you encountered with box?

    IBM users as far as I know would need to reach out to their internal support team first and should they need further assistance from Box directly, your internal helpdesk can submit a ticket on your behalf.

    Please let me now if you have questions and I will do my best to help.
