    Hi David,

Welcome to the Box Community and thanks for your post!

There's no way to see the items that you Marked for offline from the WebApp, and the only way you can see MFO content in Box Drive is by looking for the icons. Please see this article for Box Drive icon reference: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697494-Using-Box-Drive-Basics

If you are looking to determine the actual local space that Box Drive takes up on your Mac, you will need to examine the properties of Box's cache folder:

    • Windows: \C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Box\Box\cache
    • OS X: /Users/<USERNAME>/Library/Application Support/Box/Box/cache

More details about Box Drive cache and behavior can be found in this this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043695894-Technical-Information-for-Box-Drive-Administrators

The above article also discuss on how you can modify Box Drive's maximum cache size limit:

    • Box Drive's cache size limit is set to 50% of your available local disk space with a maximum limit of 25GB and a minimum of 1GB. You can adjust this maximum limit.  (To do this, please see steps below.)
      • Files marked for offline access do not count against this limit. You can fill up your hard drive until you have 2 GB of remaining space.

Thanks again for posting and let us know how else we can help!

Hi France, since I have thousands of folders in extensive hierarchies the only way to check what I have marked for offline is to drill down into each and every folder tree?

Ditto to David - having to go through each folder and add up all the data sizes is literally crazy.

It's really not a productive way to work - surely it would be really easy to add a few tools for people like us to see the total size of the space we are using, add a pause upload/download button etc.

I cannot get to the file path you suggest:

    • OS X: /Users/<USERNAME>/Library/Application Support/Box/Box/cache

There is NO cache folder to enter. Inside the 'Box' folder, there is only one folder: 'Autoupdater'.

Are you sure these guidelines are up to date for the latest versions of Box on a Mac?
