    To clarify, do you personally own these missing files or were these shared to you? If they were shared to you, you may reach out to the person who shared them to check if they've removed your access to these contents.     If you own these files, I'd like to confirm if you have multiple Box account as I've seen this happen to many that owns multiple accounts and they ended up finding their content on a different account.
