I am so frustrated with Box support (or lack thereof) that I could scream
I have a very serious problem with Box Drive and so far the web based support person has not been able to get an "account specialist" to get back to me. I am definitely looking for other alternatives to Box given the incredibly poor support I have received with my current problems.
