Integrating two profiles
We have some employees whose email addresses have changed. So now they have two box.com logins- they want to integrate the two profiles. Is that possible?

We don't offer the feature you asked about integrating two Box account profiles into one.
If your employees have 2 Box accounts that are managed by your Organization, your admin can merge those accounts by deleting one of two accounts and then transfer the contents of that account into their 2nd account (or whichever account they want to remain using).

This does not affect either existing collaborations or shared links, so users do not lose access to the content after the transfer completes, however Files owned by the user are inaccessible while they are being transferred. This also means that during the move, any shared content owned by the user is inaccessible to all collaborators, so we recommend performing the transfer after business hours.Hope it helps!
