    France Hi, I request you to please help me in this regard. Thanks.

    I have accidentally purged out some files from the trash folder and I want to retrieve it. I read your post that we can do it within 14 day limit. Please help me to get these files as it has been less than 14 days since I have deleted them.

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    I’m sorry but we are unable to support file recovery for users of our free plan. 

    Contact Box Product Support immediately if the content you deleted is no longer in your Box Trash.   When Box purges your trashed content there is still a 14-day grace period for paying customers, during which Product Support can recover your content.  Beyond this 14-day grace period, however, files or folders purged from your Box trash may not be recoverable and may be lost forever. Please note that this recovery grace period does not apply to Free accounts. We are unable to support file recovery for our Free Individual plan.

    I can purchase a plan immediately. Will that help in recovering the content? If yes, then please let me know.

    Please check if the content can be recovered (as I do not remember the exact date of when I purged it out of Trash). If it can be done then I shall purchase a plan right away. Thanks.

    Hi Summet, 

    The investigation to determine if the content is recoverable would require a paid account.

    You can upgrade your current subscription then submit a case to Product Support, and the team can look if your files are recoverable.

    Thanks for your response. I see there are many paid accounts options. Which one should I buy that would make the product team to investigate whether my content is recoverable?

    Will the 'Personal Pro' or the 'Starter' options work? Kindly guide.

    I am attaching a screenshot here which highlights the various options.
