What if Box tells me it sent me a confirmation email, I have clicked to resend, and still have not received an introductory email?
Hi Box Community,
I just signed up for a 14-day trial.
The Box screen says it sent me a confirmation email, I check my email, no messages from Box. I clicked to resend, and still have not received an introductory email. It's been about 30 minutes.
I do not see this issue in the knowledge base or support forum or similar posts window.
What else can I try to get started?
Is there any way to confirm if the account set up went through completely on the Box side?
Is there a typically longer than a few minutes wait time between submitting payment information and receiving the confirmation email from Box?
I tried calling the number on the screen, the system just says to go to support.box.com. Even holding for a Sales Person, it eventually just hangs up. Not sure if that is where I would inquire to see if the account sign up process is complete from what Box can see.
How high a level of account do you have to have to be able to interact with a Box support person?
