    Same this is happening to me. I had it installed (for the first time today) and it was working fine then it disappeared off of my computer and now it is giving me this error as well. I have tried deleting it and reinstalling, updating my OS, still no luck.

    Chad Pritts I was able to fix it by uninstalling it following these instructions (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196293-Uninstalling-Box-Drive) and then restarting my computer, and then reinstalling it. Works now. Good luck

    I'm having the same issue on two different macs. One 2013 MBP and one 2017 iMac. The fix suggested by Loren Kane above does not work. Any else have an idea?
