Box Sync keeps magically reappearing for end users
Months ago we disabled the capability for Box Sync to be used by Mac and Windows users throughout our domain. Recently we have been getting help desk tickets from individuals whereby Box Sync is being installed and they are getting prompted to login but they have no recollection of doing it or triggering the install. Any ideas as to why Box Sync would be spontaneously installing when we are exclusively a Box Drive company? We have no domain policies or things like that.
