Downgrade my subscription
Our company will no longer be utilizing box services. I need to cancel our subscription, however, I need to ask about access to shared files. We have a client that shares files with us and I have editor access to those files. If I cancel our box subscription, will this affect my access to those shared files?

Welcome to the Box Community!
If your organization has decide to cancel your Box subscription, but you and other users still need access to your accounts to access those Shared files, your Box Admin may request to downgrade those accounts to Free users and this can be done with the help of our Cancellations team.
