Authenticator App - incorrect code
Hello
I am trying to set up 2FA via authenticator app to access documents. However, I have tried Google Authenticator and Microsoft Authenticator numerous times and when I enter the code displayed, I keep receiving an "incorrect code". I have done all the basic troubleshooting and I continue to receive "incorrect code".
Any help would be much appreciated.

Can you try setting up your 2FA on a different browser or clear your browser cache?
