Files do not upload and I have enough space
Hello,
My files have stopped uploading and I have enough space + the files are very small. Any idea why this may be the case?

Welcome to the Box Community!
You might be uploading to a collaborative folder owned by someone else as this error comes up when uploading in a "Folder" owned by a user whose Box storage quota has been max out.
You need to reach out to the owner of the folder so they can increase their storage or free up some spaces for more uploads.

That didn't seem to be the case unfortunately. What did seem to work is I deleted some files. So there also appears to be a number of files restriction that I was not aware of rather than the file size restriction? I thought I had 10 GB maximum and that the number of files did not matter.
