Files Disappearing??
Uploaded files have disappeared when new files are added. They are not in trash. Need to stop this problem ASAP and try to recover what was lost. What is our next step as this is a real concern. please help

Would you mind providing more details about your upload workflow and the disappearing Files? Are you uploading files of the same name as whats's already inside a folder?
Is this happening to collaborative folder you own or owned by someone else? If this is owned by another user, those files may have been deleted by another collaborator, if so, only the owner/ deleter of the content should be able to find the deleted files in their Trash.
