While modifying on line a word document shared with other colleagues to work at the same time, I accidentally blocked the file for revisions from others and I tried to unblock it for simoultaneous work and is not working. Me and the other users keep receiving the error message from word: Sorry you can't edit this document with other people. How can I unblock it for simultaneous work? I am quite desperate.

    Could you try to closing the file and refresh your browser then try opening the file again and see if this helps resolve it for you?

    Please logout and then login from your Box account or use a different browser if the issue persist.

    Hi I havr tried but when someone is also using the same document this message appears. I accidentally agreed to block co-editing simoultanously, how can I unblock it?

    Hi Rossana, 

    We've seen this issue happen in office online and usually gets resolved by closing the file being edited, wait for a few minutes and open the file again, you should be able to edit the file again with the other collaborators.

    If you are still having issue, I recommend reaching out to Microsoft for further troubleshooting guidelines.
