Remove Seats Add Features
Wow. It is really sad that you don't have a "contact us" section on your page so that your paying customers can reach out to tweak their subscription. I'm getting ready to double what we pay you and I am reduced to having to message you on a forum to get ahold of a human.

Account administrators need to submit a request to cancel@box.com for this request and you need to include the total number of seats you would like to continue purchasing in your email. We have a minimum purchase of 3 seats per account.
