    I'm sorry for the confusion. I looked up your Box account and see that this was already confirmed.

    You may want to try logging in first using your Box credentials by going through the Box sign in page. https://app.box.com/login

    I also sent you a password reset. Password reset links sent via email expire 3 hours after they are sent.

    Please check your spam/junk folder also.

    I'm trying to sign into an new account but can't as it keeps saying my email confirmation has "expired."  Please help.
