Lost all of my collaborated folders
..and there is no way to contact support, other than this forum. Weird service.
Did it happen to anybody else? Just have suddenly lost all of the folders I was collaborating on.

Welcome to the Box Community!
If you have lost access to the file you are collaborating with, I would suggest to directly contact the owner of the file. The owner may have set an expiration for you to collaborate to the files.
