Copy/Move files to Box using Batch file

Hello Team

I am using Windows 10 and have instruments saving to local drive. We manually move files over to Box which is tedious considering the file size. We thought utilizing a scheduled task would work but encountered some issues. The files needs to be saved to local drive first for analysis then moved over.

Wanted to know what is the best way to move files over automatically without manual input?
