unable add user
In the section managed users, when I try to add a new user, this message appears:
“The email address you entered already has a Box account. Are you sure you want to invite this user to join your account as a managed user?
but this user doesn't have an account now!
If I click on “Invite”, this message appears:
“There was an error inviting personal information--redacted to join your enterprise. You can contact this user directly to log in to their account”
how can i fix this and add the user?
