Why i don't see the option to contact the support manager?
In the Contact support page, why do I not see any other option than to ask the community? I have got an enterprise account.

I saw your other post mentioning that you have just upgraded your account, and its possible that your upgrade is still in the process thus you do not see the channels available to your new plan for contacting support.
No worries, I went ahead and submitted a ticket for you regarding your concern about using your subdomain on the other post.
