Trying to share a folder but recipients say the do not receive emails
Trying to share a folder but recipients say the do not receive emails. They have had there email team look and do not see any incoming Box requests.

If the user is not able to receive messages from Box please check their company's mail server or firewall and make sure that the email client is not blocking emails from noreply@box.com or noreply@box.net and are added to the email whitelist to ensure that Box messages are not blocked.Be sure that the email address is entered correctly when requesting for a password reset link. Also, please check your virus scan, Internet Service Provider, or company's mail server or firewall and make sure that your email client is not blocking emails from notify-e.box.com, track.notify-e.box.com, notify-w.box.com, or track.notify-w.box.com.
