2-factor authentication code rejected on mobile
I am logged into my account on desktop, but when I enter the same credentials on mobile (as I have done for years), the 2FA response is "That was the wrong code. Please try again." This occurs on both Android and iOS. I have retried the 2FA process and restarted both devices. (Edit: using the same mobile devices I have had for 4 and 5 years respectively.)
I found a potentially somewhat-similar problem in this article but saw no way to add a "me too" comment, and the open-ticket link provided by an apparent admin merely pushes a user to the community, not support.
Sad to see that a responsible user who has done their homework apparently can no longer open a ticket.
