    To confirm, are the missing files/ folders in your account owned by you or were they shared to you and owned by another user?

    If those are owned by another user, I'd recommend to reach out to the owner or the person who shared them to you to see if they've removed your access to the missing content.

    If these are files you own, have you checked your Box Trash and search if you contents are in there? To learn more on how to manage your Box Trash, please take a look at this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196093-Managing-Trash

    Yes, the files were in my account owned by me. They are not in the trash. They have vanished.

    Yeah! Like WTF?? 

    They were all there a year ago or so. Now everything is GONE!! Vanished.

    Not email notification.
