Lost everything after upgrading to paid account
Hi there, I lost almost everything after I upgraded from a free account to a paid account. Where did the files go?

Welcome to the Box Community!
Files/folders may not be accessible as your account is being transitioned to the new plan. This whole process can take up to a day to complete and once the upgrade is completed, your files/folders should be accessible to you again.
