Box and iCloud not compatible
Since the default location of Box has changed from "~/" to "~/Library/CloudStorage/Box-Box" a large number of my files are being deleted daily, with no option to recover. I can't change the default location back to "~/" and I cannot prevent the "~/Library/CloudStorage" from syncing to iCloud without preventing all files from syncing. I can see folders that were created prior to January 25th but all their contents appears to wiped clean. How do you intend to address this bug, since you state clearly that Box is compatible with Apple and Mac M1, when it isn't? I've also gone through various threads where people experienced the same problems I did; no official answer from any Box employees. Please address this problem! I'm going on 3 years in my PhD research and I've lost results which took a year and a half's worth of computing, with absolutely no way to recover. So far, this cloud service has been a tragic experience, from set up to customer service.
