Can Login But Files Not Mine!
I haven't used my account in a while and someone else is using it for their files and folders. What can be done to get my files back and in a secure account again?Thanks. Andrea D

Are you able to login to your Box account? If yes, please visit https://app.box.com/reset and enter the email address associated with your Box account.
Please take note that you do have collaborators in your shared folders which means that users in this folder can update depending on their permissions.
