Missing Files/Folders after ownership transfer
Hi,
I recently transferred complete ownership of a folder and its contents from User A (owner of folder) to User B (admin, co-owner of folder). However, after the ownership was transferred, i seem to be missing certain contents (namely subfolders) within the folder transferred. I cant find them in trash or anywhere else. Please help!

This appears to be expected behavior as contents being transferred are inaccessible when performing Ownership Transfer.
Box does not perform transfers as one single action. Instead, Box chunks a transfer into smaller pieces and then schedules each piece of work separately. As a result, portions of the folder tree display gradually at the destination, until the entire transfer completes.Furthermore, the process of transferring content can take some time to complete, depending on the amount of content being transferred. The more content they own, the longer it takes to complete. If after you start the process there is no error, but some of the content does not immediately display in the new location, please wait up to a day before you contact support.

Jaisie Castellon it was finally resolved. I had to wait for more than 24hrs for all files to be reflected....
