    Hi Ben,

    Welcome to the Box Community!

May I know how large is the file you are trying to preview in Box?

Some context when previewing files in Box:

    • Box Content Preview is limited to files sized 500 Mb or smaller. Using Box’s native spreadsheet viewer, Excel files are limited to fewer than 100 columns and 100,000 rows. Using the Excel Online viewer, the maximum file size you can view is 5MB.

The file is only 1.8 MB in size, and as I said is less than 100,000 rows and 100 columns.

    Hi Ben,

    I appreciate this information!

To confirm, are you able to preview the file in Box.com via a web browser but not on your Box app on your iOS device?

Also, here are couple of troubleshooting tips that may help resolve this:

    • Make sure that you have the latest Box for iOS installed on your device
    • Try to clear the cache on your Box for iOS app
    • Logout then login to the Box app and see if that helps
    • Can you check is watermark is enabled on the Folder settings of this spreadsheet?

    Best,
