Files Deleted
It appears my files were deleted that were part of my corporate account, and my local copies disappeared. Is that supposed to happen? How do I get them back? My personal Box files appear fine, and they may have shared the same folders.

Have you tried to check your Box Trash and see if your missing files are in there? Check out this article to learn more searching and managing Trash for deleted items: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196093-Managing-Trash
If you cannot find your contents in your account, and you were previously part of a corporate Box account, its possible that your previous admin may have those contents, and removed your access, and in that case you would need to reach out to them should you need to get access or request a copy.
