2-way-authentification
Hello,
I do have since a while problems to access Box with my business account as I gets permanently asked to enter the 6-digit code of my authenticator app. But the problem is that I do not have installed a Box Account on my authenticator app so far as I do also not get the needed QR-Code to do so until now. Since those issues exists, which are months, I try to get the QR-Code or to get my account changed back and delete te 2-way-authentification. Also the possibility to ask to get a SMS sent does not work for me. I do not get any SMS onto my Mobile independent the number of times I use this way.
As I can't enter into my business account I need to sent this post from my private Box account as I do not get on a different way support on my issue. But as you may can understand I can't access with my private account the documents I would need to access business wise.
How can get my problem solved?
1) to get again access to my business account?
2) or in minimum how can my business account get changed (may delete 2-way-authentification) for a while so that I am able to join in?
Thanks, sorry but as I said I can't login using by business account therefore the work arround notifying you about my issues with my business account by addressing them via my personal account to you.
