Mac not syncing completely using current Box Drive
Hello, I have a box account (paid by my institution) which worked reasonably well until recently. My home Mac is having problems with some files showing yellow warning circle on only this Mac. In addition, some files show a cloud icon on home Mac but file doesn't upload to box on cloud or work Mac. Other files in same folder show green circle and are syncing. There are other folders in my box directory with yellow circles too and syncing problem for some of contents. This is on my home Mac. My work Mac doesn’t seem to have this problem, but of course can not ‘see’ missing files since not syncing to box cloud from home Mac. I suspect some preference is corrupted but don’t know how to fix.
Both Macs are running macOS Monterey v12.2.1 and Box v2.25.306
Would you recommend a complete uninstall of Box Drive on home Mac, and then a fresh install? Of course, if just a preference problem, it would be easier to just delete it?
