Please help me.. My storage says 16.9 GB used where there is only 8.GB worth of files. Please help me

  Welcome to the Box Community!

  I went ahead and ran a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account. 

  You should see the correct storage size available in your account. Please let me know if need additional help!
