    It depends if the account and its content has been deleted by the organization that is managing that account. You want to reach out to the Admin managing that owner's Box to check if they can transfer the ownership of the previous owner's shared folders/files to you or someone else in the organization that took over that user's position.

    I also noticed that you are part of an organization that requires their managed users to contact your internal helpdesk or IT team for issues related to Box.
