Unable to open box drive

How,

I am trying to fix a problem with the box drive, but it is impossible. I tried your suggestion (Manually reset your Box Drive: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697494-Using-Box-Drive-Basics), but it didn't work. I try to open it, and the box does not appear on my computer. Can you help me, please?
