I've deleted files, but my storage space was not reclaimed
I guess making a new post here is how to contact support? I've deleted files, but my available storage still says 9.9 of 10GB, which is incorrect. I'm unable to upload any files now because my account thinks I've reached my storage limit.
I read other posts about this and it seems that support has to fix this somehow. So, if anyone at support can help me reset my storage limit, that would be great! Thanks!

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!
I went ahead and ran a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account.
You should now see the correct storage size available in your account.
