File Access Stats view failure

Hi, I am trying to view Access Stats but kept getting this for past few days on every files.
Any suggestion to see stats?  I'm on Chrome browser.

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Have you tried to view the Access Stats using other browsers? If so, can you try clearing your browser cache and then login to your Box and access this again?
