Hi Box, could you please run a script to reset the storage count on my account? Thank you.

  Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

  I went ahead and ran a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account. 

  You should now see the correct storage size available in your account.

  Please let me know if need additional help!

  Hi,

  Please reset my available storage size too (I have no data stored and it says 49.4/50 GB used)
