Storage
Hi,
I've the storage problem that is causing also the sync problems to my NAS. I most probaby know why is that, as it has already happend to me ones in past:
Sometimes Box caches previous file counts and storage amounts causing a data inconsistency. To resolve this I've tryed Folders and Files Report, but it couldn't be finished.
So it seems, someone from team of Box needs to run a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in my account. Can help anybody from support ASAP, pls?
