    Yep, same issue. I had 2FA already setup to (an Australian) mobile number. I deleted that in order to setup 2FA via app, but now this same exact issue for me.

    Have had same issue for both Authenticator app and mobile number (Spain).

    Wanted to use Authenticator app instead of mobile number (which was working), and now I can not use any of them.

    Edit: Have tried again several minutes later and system for Authenticator app has worked. But in either case I have tried to make it before, unsuccessfully, in my computer and my mobile phone, so system seems not to be working properly

    Hello,

    As others have stated above, I am also unable to set new 2FA on my account.

    I removed an old phone number and am now unable to set a new way of identificating. UK phone number incorrect, email provided incorrect even though I have not been asked to type an email so I assume it's my account's email. I do not want to use auth app, so I haven't tried that.

    Please advise.
