Help Setup with New Account
Hello, I'm helping someone setup an account for someone in our company and they setup the account before our email directory had time to sync with our spam system. Now any confirmation emails are automatically being rejected. We believe her email might now be on your blacklist. Is anyone able to help with this, maybe just delete the account and we can start over?

Has the affected user checked his spam/ junk mail as well as your email server or provider to check if emails from Box is being blocked?
If yes, and yet the user is still not receiving correspondence from Box, please have the affected user go to Support.box.com > Support > Contact Support. She will then see a line that says "If you are unable to sign in, click here."
This is to make sure that their issue will be handled accordingly and in a timely manner.
