    Hi Eric, 

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Has the affected user checked his spam/ junk mail as well as your email server or provider to check if emails from Box is being blocked?

    If yes, and yet the user is still not receiving correspondence from Box, please have the affected user go to Support.box.com > Support > Contact Support. She will then see a line that says "If you are unable to sign in, click here." 

    This is to make sure that their issue will be handled accordingly and in a timely manner.
