    It also looks like you are part of an organization that requires their managed users to contact your internal helpdesk or IT team for issues related to Box.

    If the users having issue setting up 2FA are managed users of your organization, kindly reach out to your internal helpdesk or IT team for further assistance on looking into this, otherwise, if they are part of a different Business or Enterprise Box, please have them submit a ticket on this page and someone will reach out to help look into the issue.
