Adding email address from deleted account

    AJ i have a similar issue. I previously had two different Box accounts and always got caught in a cycle trying to log in. So I recently deleted one of the accounts (at least 1 month ago). Now I am trying to add that other "deleted" account email to my "live" account as a linked email account. But it won't let me use that email address! So it's not really deleted, and I am very frustrated by this. How to proceed?

    I have the same question -- I try to add my personal address to my account and it says it is already linked to another account. How can I fix this -- when I try to log in with the personal email I'm unable to log in, it goes to this account.

    I have the same issue. I delete my one account and want to add its email to another "live account", please assist.
