    I would be best if this is investigated further with the rest of the information we need to gather since it appears that you are pertaining to a different account aside from the one you are using in this request. 

    I suggest that you sign in to Support.box.com > Support > Contact Support using the correct email in order to submit a case with the details of this concern.
