Unable to access documents
I have access to all folders (I'm an admin) and when I open folders I see all the files but I'm unable to click/open the files. It's as if the links don't exist and I can't seem to figure out why.
This appears to be limited to only 1 main folder as I have access to all the rest of my files.
Thoughts?

I would be best if this is investigated further with the rest of the information we need to gather since it appears that you are pertaining to a different account aside from the one you are using in this request.
I suggest that you sign in to Support.box.com > Support > Contact Support using the correct email in order to submit a case with the details of this concern.
