Enterprise ID delete

I have created a Enterprise ID used email on BOX for private.

Now I need to use the same email on BOX of our  company. .

But administrator of my company said they can not send me invite mail   becasue I am a  Enterprise User already.

Could you teach me the resolution of this problem?
